As a newer Real Estate Brokerage, we are committed to technology, ethics and realtor professionalism.  As of February 27th, we've completed all required training and are now actively using the SURE CLOSE/ TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT program.  That's right...we've gone paperless!  AAR has reached an agreement throughout the state with each and every Association, MLS and Data Exchange that allows agents to input a listing, notify our administrative staff, and allow the Broker to electronically approve the transaction no matter where you're located in the state.

The broker/owner, Armando A. Contla is proud to model and share his strong work ethics including:

1) Returning all phone calls, or emails, in a timely manner.
2) Standing behind his agents and protecting their commissions.
3) Traveling throughout the state, as needed, to attend assorted functions, office meetings, training, and if necessary arbitration or mediation hearings.

Armando also presently serves as a State Director for the AAR. He is the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors President elect and a past Director of the Western Arizona Data Exchange/WARDEX.
